Emotional Freedom Technique or also called Tapping is a healing technique to alleviate emotional or physical distress.
It is based on the power of acupuncture points in the upper body that are connected with the primitive brain, the one that reacts under stress.
When we are stressed out, our healing mechanism and our decision making abilities are compromised.
When you use tapping as a healing tool, you allow your body to heal, decreasing pain and/or discomfort. If it is emotional distress, you will clear your mind from the stress and can have more clarity. Being under stressed won’t solve your problem.
Tapping on these acupuncture points repeatedly while saying how you are feeling right now, will transform your current state to a better one in just a few minutes.

As a holistic coach, I have learned that energy healing has a long-lasting or permanent effect when combined with a conversation. It is also important to do more than one session and commit to your healing. You are the one who allows the healing to take place.
As my coaching client I teach you this technique and you practice it as much as you can with different circumstances until you master it.
This is not a passive process where I am the one who does the healing. It is a process where you are actively involved.
