What is it like to BE BALANCED?

 

We all want a balanced life, not all will achieve it.

 

Why is that?

Because we don’t know what balance looks like.

 

You may think that it is having a PERFECT financial status, PERFECT health, PERFECT relationships, etc.

That is what makes it unachievable, the concept of PERFECTION.

 

What is perfect?

A subjective concept for sure.

So as BALANCE.

For time-saving sake and to be on the same page, let’s define it here.

 

The balance I talk about is knowing that you are paying attention to the different areas in your life:

Social: relationships with your children, your spouse, your parents, your co-workers, your friends, bosses, employees, etc (of course learning from them too).

Physical: finances, health, pleasure, leisure, material things.

Mental: thoughts, mindset, intellectual, learning.

Emotional: emotional intelligence, getting irritated often.

Spiritual: practice, connection, alignment.

 

Don’t you find balance more achievable now?

Yes, of course!!

What areas of your life need some TLC right now?

Make a commitment to do one thing TODAY, pay attention to that area.

Have you been focusing in one area so much that many others are suffering or non-existing?

Some of my clients have said at the beginning of working with me that they are not interested or gave up.

 

How did this happen?

They had closed doors because they are busy or they don’t want to see what’s behind that door.

 

For example:

Not wanting a romantic relationship: “I don’t have time right now (excuse) or “I am not interested” (trauma).

Or

Not having any spiritual practice: “I do not know how to have a spiritual practice that is not a religion”

Or

Believing that the body doesn’t have the ability to heal or that miracles happen to others but not you: “my doctor told me that I have XYZ condition” or “this condition is incurable and this is the treatment forever”.
